Boot Try-On Terms & Conditions

Shipping Costs:

The customer agrees to pay a set fee upfront which covers both the delivery to their address and the return shipping back to Goddess Goblets.

A pre-paid tracked return label will be included inside the box for convenience. The boots must be posted back by the return date stated on the label. If the customer misses this date, the return label will expire, and the customer will need to cover the cost of a new return postage label themselves (tracked only).

Risk of Loss or Damage

Once dispatched to the customer, the boots are the customer’s responsibility until they are safely returned.

If the boots are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit or while in the customer’s possession, the customer will be liable for the full replacement cost of the boots.

Environment Concerns (Pets, Smoking, Hygiene)

• The boots must be returned in the same brand-new condition they were received in.

• They must not show signs of wear, damage, odours, or contamination (e.g. pet hair, smoke, stains, or strong fragrances).

• If the boots are returned in an unsuitable condition for resale or customisation, the customer will be invoiced for the full cost of the boots and the order will not proceed.

Return Deadline

Boots must be posted back by the return date clearly marked on the return label inside the box.

If you are unable to meet this deadline, please notify us immediately. Failure to do so will result in the return postage becoming invalid, and you will need to pay for a new return shipment at your own expense.

Inspection and Approval

Upon receiving the returned boots, Goddess Goblets will inspect them before proceeding with any customisation.

If they meet our standards for condition and cleanliness, your custom order will proceed as planned.

By proceeding with this try-on option, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.
