Baddie Boots
Dear customers, When requesting a quote, kindly consider the following:
1. Specify your section within the Mas Band, do not just state the Mas Band name.
2. Indicate your costume option (e.g., bodywear only, backline, or frontline) to assist in determining the best colour option for you.
3. If you wish to match an accessory, such as a bag, please make that distinction, otherwise it will be assumed that you want to match the costume information you have provided.
4. Be as detailed as possible to effectively manage both our expectations and yours.
5. Please be patient and have trust in our work. You will not be contacted with continuous updates, so please state all your wants at the inquiry stage, as no changes can be made mid-process.
What is your turnaround time?
Please note: All boots are made to order and scheduled based on the flight date or delivery date you provide at checkout, not the date your order is placed. Orders are prioritised according to this submitted date, and boots should not be expected earlier than the date selected. If you require your boots sooner, please contact us before ordering to check whether a rush order is feasible.
How much are your shoe services?
We offer shoe services starting from £80.00.
What is the order process?
Please complete an order form on the Baddie Boots page to receive a quote and a payment link. Please note that we can only accept 25 orders per Carnival. If you do not pay within the specified timeframe and all spots are filled during that period, your quote will be invalidated.
Can I send you my shoes to work on?
Sure, please select the option on the form and attach a photo of your shoes to our email address: info@goddessgoblets.com to be quoted accordingly.
Kindly note that we only airbrush white PU leather material.
Can I purchase Baddie Boots from you to work on myself?
We do not offer our products for sale without the corresponding service included.
Goddess Glam Lounge
What time are the makeup time slots?
Time slots are 1 hour & 15mins between
5:00 AM - 9:30 AM subject to availability.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the service we will refund any monies you have paid to us minus the £30.00 non-refundable deposit and website fee/PayPal fee.

Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the service will not be refunded.

Deposits paid by One Mas masqueraders to secure priority booking access are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, as previously agreed at the time of costume purchase via One Mas

In the event that your assigned MUA cancels, a replacement of the same calibre will be provided.
Can I choose my MUA?
Yes, you can select your MUA when booking subject to availability.
The MUA I want is to use is sold out but I still want to use them. What can I do?
Some MUAs will have private bookings options outside the package times (9:30am onwards). These appointments will be their own rate and will not include the amenities of the Goddess Glam Lounge but will still be located inside the lounge. Please get in contact with us for more information info@goddesssgoblets.com
Can I leave my personal belongings at the lounge?
Yes, we offer a 48-hour cloakroom service inside the lounge, this service is also available for the general public.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
No walk-ins. Appointments are required to secure your slot.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes! Package holders can bring one plus-one.
GROOMING SERVICE
PREPARATION GUIDELINES
To ensure the best experience and results, all clients must arrive prepared for their appointment.
HAIRSTYLING
Hair must be clean, fully dry, and free from heavy oils or product build-up. Hair should be detangled and able to be secured into a ponytail. Excessively short hair may affect the final result.
Clients should arrive with their hair in a low ponytail or stretched where possible. Ponytails will be provided based on your selected style and colour.
BARBERING
Clients should arrive with clean hair and be ready for their selected service. Please ensure you arrive on time to allow your full service to be completed.
GENERAL
All appointments are strictly timed. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.
By booking, you agree to these preparation requirements.
BOOKING POLICY – HAIRSTYLING & BARBERING
All bookings for hairstyling and barbering services are final.
Due to the nature of the event, limited availability, and scheduled time slots, we operate a strict no-refund policy.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may transfer your booking to another person, provided we are informed in advance.
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or forfeiture of your slot.
PLUS ONE POLICY
Plus ones are welcome to attend as part of the breakfast experience and may relax within the Glam Lounge while waiting.
Please note that all Glam Lounge services, including makeup, hairstyling, and treatments, are reserved for booked clients only and are not available to plus ones.
Plus ones are not permitted to carry out personal makeup or beauty services within the Glam Lounge space. However, they are welcome to use designated areas outside of the lounge to get ready if needed.
This ensures we maintain the quality and flow of the Glam Lounge experience for all booked guests.
There is a 15-minute grace period.
If you are later than this for your appointment, you forfeit your appointment and will not be refunded. You're welcome to come earlier than your appointment time to eat & socialise. Breakfast is served from 6:15 AM.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, The Hilton Hotel has 24-hour parking.
I have allergies, how do I let you know about this?
Through our booking form, Goddess Glam Lounge/Goddess Goblets Ltd and the Hilton Hotel Kensington will not be liable for any allergic reactions if this information has not been disclosed by you in advance.
Is this service for women only?
No, our services are open to everybody, with appropriate private changing areas.
Can I change into my costume after I get my makeup done?
Yes, there is a partitioned changing area.
What are the refreshments?
A fresh continental breakfast hot and cold options is provided by the Hilton Hotel, every client will be accounted for.

Do I have to stay at the Hilton Hotel in order to use your services?

No, we are only based inside the hotel.
