Our Development Programme is designed to create real opportunities for emerging creatives to gain hands-on experience within a live working environment.

Working across makeup, photography and content creation, creatives become part of the Glam Lounge experience — contributing to real projects while building confidence, refining their skills and developing a strong portfolio.

All roles within the programme are paid, ensuring creatives are valued for their time and contribution.

This is a space built to support growth, encourage creativity and provide access to opportunities within the wider industry.
