Full Glam Makeup Book your glam with one of our two upcoming Carnival makeup artists. This option offers a professional service at a reduced rate while our artists build their Carnival portfolio and experience. Breakfast & Refreshments Enjoy a breakfast-inclusive experience with a delectable selection of delights and refreshing beverages, specially curated by the renowned Hilton hotel. Indulge in a lavish spread while you prepare for your day ahead. Hubby Lobby You may bring one guest to the Hubby Lobby. Please ensure that both you and your guest maintain respectful behavior at all times. Any form of antisocial conduct will not be tolerated, and individuals engaging in such behavior will be asked to leave. 48-Hour Cloakroom Service For your convenience, we offer a 48-hour cloakroom service manned by Masquerade Arcade. You may leave your gift bag or other belongings in our secure cloakroom and collect them later at your convenience, up to two days after the event.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Bookings Cancelled More Than 48 Hours Prior to the Service: We will refund any payment made, deducting the £30.00 non-refundable deposit and website processing fee. Bookings Cancelled Less Than 48 Hours Prior to the Service: No refunds will be provided. Deposits paid by One Mas masqueraders to secure priority booking access are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, as previously agreed at the time of costume purchase via One Mas. In the event that your assigned MUA cancels, a replacement of the same calibre will be provided. Appointment Punctuality: There is a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive later than this for your appointment, you will forfeit your slot, and no refunds will be issued. Allergy Disclosure: The Goddess Glam Lounge/Goddess Goblets Ltd and the Hilton Hotel Kensington will not be liable for any allergic reactions if this information has not been disclosed by you in advance. Plus One Policy Plus ones are welcome to attend as part of the breakfast experience and may relax within the Glam Lounge while waiting. Please note that all Glam Lounge services, including makeup, hairstyling, and treatments, are reserved for booked clients only and are not available to plus ones. Plus ones are not permitted to carry out personal makeup or beauty services within the Glam Lounge space. However, they are welcome to use designated areas outside of the lounge to get ready if needed. This ensures we maintain the quality and flow of the Glam Lounge experience for all booked guests.
